New view about life, that changed my Life:

Yes, I agree with the notion that "change in ones own views changes the attitude of the person" where he/she starts looking at the same things differently.

We had couple of discussions on the topics like human relations, scarcity, abundance, freedom, ideal job, fear and courage. From all these topics one that impacted my views was about having Ideal Relations in life.
We all had come to the conclusion that there is no such ideality present in the the human relationships.
Because all these relations are based on some giving and taking, expectations, commitments etc.
If you are able to follow all these then you are having a Ideal Relationship but if you failed to do so then you suffer from the all emotions of human beings.

Yes, I want specially mentioned the human beings because look at the other animals on the earth they are following their core needs of their survival. But the humans are more civilized now and forgot the basic of life.
Everybody even your blood relations has huge burden of expectations from you. You put some commitments there and if you fail to follow their dreams they get upset on you and that bothers you. It is rightly said
''Every Resistance Has Equal Persistence".

So, from that moment I realized all this about relations I started putting myself outside of it. Now I expect less from others and i am feeling good with this new view about life.

My Favorite topic from the Business Ethics sessions

Introduction to the subject : Business Ethics

Yes, I can still remember that day, when subject professor Mr. Ghorpade started giving his knowledge about this subject. On D'day i was curious about the content of the subject which we were going to deal whole semester ahead, that we had just finished today.

As the lecture started we all were settled and comfortable with our seat-back(situations and status). We had some ideas about what ethics it is? but after the the first session we all, personally I was started thinking on to rethink what we have got till the day.He elaborated how we are really messing our own real and genuine thoughts. He asked some of us about "Do they really wanted to do what they are doing right now?". He was pretty convincing to all of us as he really digged our thoughts and our real ambitions, motives and passion.

He also given thought on the what the Business Ethics really is? he had some answers from student that was like dictionary meaning to the question. But when he explained the real meaning of Business Ethics I was stun at that moment because the subject he was going to teach was not his motive and it wont be helpful to students as everybody has their own ethics, morality, emotions for their survival. That was the thread i liked in the first session. After that I had genuine interest to attend his further sessions. And now at the end of the semester i find it useful and i had implied  those lessons in my life.
